Community Philosophy

Kaizen is a place for members to trade advice, push each other, and get real feedback in return. Dark humor and blunt banter are baked into the culture and won't get you in trouble by themselves. What matters is the difference between playful ribbing and conduct clearly meant to tear someone down. Staff makes that call case by case.

Zero Tolerance

These carry an immediate, permanent ban. No warnings, no second chances.

  • Telling another member to hurt or kill themselves. Claiming it was a joke changes nothing.
  • Any sexual content involving minors.
  • Scamming, defrauding, or deceiving members out of money, items, or access.

General Conduct

Everything else gets handled according to severity:

  • Don't let jokes turn into sustained harassment or pile-ons aimed at one person.
  • Never dox a member or threaten to.
  • Clear advertising with staff first; anything posted without permission gets pulled on sight.
  • No bots, no repetitive spam.
  • Don't impersonate other members.
  • Don't knowingly spread false information.
  • Illegal content isn't welcome here.
  • One account per person; extras get merged or removed.
  • Leave dead threads alone; don't necropost.
  • No gore or other graphic content.

Staff Authority

This page can't cover every scenario. Staff can see everything happening across the platform and can act on anything they judge harmful, disruptive, or out of line, whether or not it's spelled out above.

Health Notice

Kaizen is a public forum, not a clinic. Nobody here, owners included, is a licensed medical professional, and nothing posted counts as medical advice. Talk to an actual healthcare provider before changing your diet, supplements, or health routine.

Warnings & Appeals

Moderators issue warnings at their own discretion, and repeated problems eventually lead to permanent removal. If you think a warning or ban was unfair, message an admin directly and make your case.

Posting on Kaizen means accepting these rules, our Terms of Service, and every moderation decision staff makes, including calls on things not explicitly listed here. Depending on how serious it is, breaking them can mean a warning, a temporary ban, or losing your account for good.
